MEXICO MOUNTAIN WATER PROCESS
Mountain Water process means we chose a decaf that is processed with NO-CHEMICALS for a cleaner, safer decaf.
We are roasting these coffees to an early medium level, which allows the sugars to caramelize without burning the sweetness that naturally occurs in the bean. The result is a full-bodied profile with very low acids, soft caramel tones, & a lasting finish.
